Right to education and the Marginalized Children: An Analysis of Child Labour

The main objective of the study was to analyses the right of education and marginalized children in the context of child labour problem in Pakistan. For this purpose, a questionnaire was developed to collect data from sampling population in Multan and Khanewal Districts. Convenience sampling method was used in this study. The sample include 200 children, 100 community members and 100 teachers. Mean standard deviation, Z-test to measure the improvement of the enrolment of labouring children in schools. Our results show that children working in informal sector have no power to participate in decision making about their future life. They just to earn for themselves and family through working in informal sector.
