Abstract
The objective of this research paper is to analyze the impact of Hudood Ordinance 1979 on Pakistan's society. We examined all legislation made in Pakistan during last six decades and the role of different Regimes and institutions. We conclude that there are parallel English laws are existing and most of the decisions are made in accordance with them. It means that the society is not reaping benefits from the enforcement of Hudood Ordinance in real term. We suggest that the enforcement of Hudood Ordinance is imperative to less the crime rate and social problems.
