The Study of "Surah Ahzab" in the Light of "Biyanul Quran" and "Tabiyanul Quran" and solution of the Present Social Issues

Before the dawn of Islam, there was a custom to opt a child. The child was bought up by the person having no male issue. But Islam has prohibited that practice. The objective of this research problem to study multi dimensional problems produced as a result of declaring an opted son to a real son. The rationale of prohibited this practice is that the opted child deprives the real son of his legal rights. The opted child usurped legal rights in property and other assets. The issue of veil is explained in "Surrah Noor" and "Surrah Ahzab." In this research paper it is explained that in the light of Moulana Abdul Majeed Ludhyanivi and Dr.Israr Ahmad, along with it the Number of Marriages of men and women is also determined. In the end, the solution of these problems is presented in the light of the opinion of the above mentioned scholars. The importance and necessity of the Aswa-e-Husna (precedents) of The Holy Prophet (PBUH) is presented to solve the present day problems.
