Protection of the Rights of Women Andorphansin the Property of their Parents in the Light of Tafaseers: "Tibiyanul Quran" And "Tibiyanuo Furqan"

The objective of writing this research paper is analyze the critical issues of the protection of the rights of women and orphans in the light of "Tafseer Tabiyanul Quran written by Allama Maulana Abdul Majeed Ludhiyanvi and Tafseen Tabiyanul Furqan written by Allama Ghulam Rasool Saeedi, who were the great interpreters of the Holy Quran. We took Surah Al-Nisa as a sample of study and explained all issues discussed in it. We mostly focus on the protection of the rights of women and orphan children in the property of their parents. After analysis of different issues, we have concluded that the Quranic verses are very much clear about the rights of women and orphan children in the property of their parents and the state is responsible to protect these rights and not allow anyone to usurp them.
