Role of "Fatawa Naziria" in Understanding Injuctions and Issues in Modern World

The objective of this research paper is to investigate the current issues in our society through Fatawa Naziria by Mufti Syed Nazir Hussain Dehlvi. Fatawa Naziria is a combined collection of his short Fatawas (judgements), acknowledgements and hardworking of his pupils. In this study, we quoted his many judgements, through which he explained the complete solution to current social evils and issues. Moreover, he made his judgements on the basis of the Holly Quran and Hadiths. His Fatawas (judgements) are mostly related to family laws and general social and economic problems. Syed Nazir Hussain Dehlvi has given solutions to many critical social and economic issues in the light of the Holy Quran and Sunnah and his judgements posess practical values and a great contribution in Islamic jurisprudence.
