Role of Green Vision in the Relationship Between Green Leadership and Employees’ Green Service Delivery: A Mediating-Moderating Analysis

The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of green leadership on employees' green service delivery (EGSD) through mediation of green shared vision and moderation of green values in educational sector of Pakistan. Regression and Path analysis were used to estimate the primary data collected from 805 University employees through a structured questionnaire survey. The findings reveal that green leadership has significant relationship with EGSD. Similarly, green shared vision also has significant mediating impact on the association between green leadership and EGSD whereas green values moderate the link between green leadership, green shares vision and EGSD. When we measure unique impact of variables, we found that green leadership and green visions are more strong predictors of EGSD than green values. The findings support the study's theoretical framework and provide new insight into the direct and indirect relationship between explanatory, mediation, moderation variables and EGSD. In this way, the study bridges the gap existing in the current literature regarding the combined effect of green leadership, green shared vision, green values on EGSD.
